Turbocompressor revision
- Preliminary analysis of the condition of complete turbocompressor and its components with recommendations for further action by use of vibrodiagnostics, NDT, and advance measuring and examination techniques.
Overhauls and repairs
- Surface reparation of casings and rotor
- Repair of sealing surfaces
- Replacement of wear rings and labyrinth glands
- Replacement / repair of diaphragms (stator segments) Impeller ballancing and ballancing of complete rotating sub-assemby
- Repair of coupling
- Replacement of bearings
- Resealing of complete turbocompressor
- Manufacture of required spare parts according to sample (see reverse engineering below)
Reverse engineering
- Making of technical documentation from damaged part samples (2D drawings, etc.)
- Production of spare parts and complete pump units from damaged samples:
– rotors
– stator segments
– labyrinth glands
