Pump revision
- Preliminary analysis of the condition of the pump and its components with recommendations for further repair action by use of, as appropriate, visual examination, vibrodiagnostics, NDT, and other measuring techniques.
Pump overhauls and repairs
- Surface reparation of casings and impellers
- Replacement of wear ringsReplacement / reconstruction of sealing arrangement (packings or mechanical seals)
- Regrinding of shafts, re-machining of wear surfaces
- Re-machining and decreasing worn clearances
- Impeller ballancing and ballancing of complete rotating sub-assemby
- Repair of coupling
- Replacement of bearings (sliding / ball bearings)
- Resealing of complete pump
- Manufacture of required spare parts according to sample (see reverse engineering below)
Pump testing
- Pump complete functional testing (Q-H, Q-P, Q-n, Q-NPSH curves) on our own pump test station
- Making of technical documentation from damaged part samples (2D drawings, etc.)
- Production of spare parts and complete pump units from damaged samples:
– pump rotors, casings, intermediate casings
– pump shafts and sleeves
– slide bearings and wear rings
– couplings and pedestals
