QUALITY POLICY Turbine Works Ltd. (TTK) introduced a quality management system to achieve the highest possible level of quality of their services: development, construction, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of steam turbines, centrifugal pumps, and other power equipment from the TTK production program. TTK policy is to produce and deliver products that are suitable for use in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the customer or authorized organizations, which are in addition safe, reliable and efficient in operation. Each delivery shall make recommendations for further orders. TTK products are developed, manufactured, produced, delivered and installed in accordance with the requirements of the quality system as described in the Quality and Environment Integrated Management System Manual and related documents. The director is responsible for the implementation and achievement of goals and quality policy. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work and to respect the rules established by quality management system. The goal of all employees is to fully understand the requirements of our customers. To achieve new goals: * We are guided by the requirements
of our clients, and we are building good partnership with them Representative for ISU has the power and authority to develop, implement and maintain a quality management system. He must be informed about the state of product quality and effectiveness of quality management system, and when necessary, run a correction, corrective and preventive action respecting processes. The quality system includes TTK's suppliers with whom the establishment of partnership and long-term relationships should strengthen ties in meeting requirements of the end customers. Business with suppliers must be equally beneficial, since they are an equal factor in the process of satisfying the needs of end customers. Managing director of TTK defines plans and goals and ways for their achievement. This task can be achieved only through systematic and continuous progress of all our employees for what they are individually responsible, including the managing director as the most responsible factor for the promotion of all activities affecting quality. In this way, TTK and her staff most directly affect the quality of the organization, its own quality, and improving the business success of the company and its own life in its privacy and the society we live in its entirety.
