Our heater constructions are recognised and approwed by all marine classifications institutions (e.g. DNV, LRS, GL, BV, RINA, ABS etc.) while our welding workshop has Approval certificates by GL and RINA. Currently a workshop approval certification by DNV is underway.

Condensers
Condensers are tube and shell heat exchangers which condense excess steam from the process, and return such condensate within the closed system of boiler feed water or elsewhere depending on installation.
Depending on pressure within condenser, they can be atmospheric or vacuum type. Atmospheric condensers condense steam at atmospheric pressure and are simpler in construction.

Usually they are used to condense excess steam in simpler heating systems.
Vacuum condensers are used in turbine plants in order to increase overall efficiency of the steam turbine system. Vacuum is created via steam ejectors.  Cooling medium can be fresh process water, reiver water or sea water depending on availability and materials for condenser construction are selected depending on working medium, pressures and temperatures.

Other than condensers, Turbine Works can offer other system components such as steam ejectors, cooling pumps and condensate pumps.
